A Caldwell, OH native and decorated Navy Diver whose life was tragically cut short 10 years ago, but whose spirit continues to inspire us. James was a man who lived honorably, a man who saw beyond the medals and accolades to the true essence of honor. ND1 Reyher was a Protector First, and a Warrior Always.
